Finished :)

I am happy to say that the baby sweater is all finished. :) I will get some better pictures of it later. :)

Colorful Bunny and Baby Sweater

Remember the Colorful Creature from the previous post?


Well here it is all finished. :)

The colorful creature turned into a cute little bunny. :)

Here are a few more photos of the baby sweater. I finished the first sleeve and have started on the next one.





Please ignore my tails hanging out all over the place. I just havn't weaved in the ends yet.

A few projects

Here is a closer view of the sleeve. I havn't worked on this one at all today. But I did have a request for a closer view. :)



Here is the start of a new Creature. This one will be very colorful. I am using a color called Pogo.
I will post more pictures of this one later.


And finally here is another Lacy Scarf. This one is about halfway done now. I am using Bernat Kashmere in medium blue for this one.
I have a few other projects that I am working on, but no pictures of them right now. I am still working on Jareds ripple, and a new round ripple. I am trying to use up some more of my scraps on the round ripple I am doing. I will post pictures of both of those later.

This and That

I am still working on the baby sweater. I have the first sleeve halfwaty done. This pattern that I have been using has been pretty easy to follow. For those that crochet and may be interested I found it on Ebay. It is an original design by Rebecca Leigh

We only have a few more days before school starts here. The kids go back on the 25th. They are looking forward to the start of the year. They have been really bored the last couple of weeks of summer. We have allready bought new school cloths and most of the basic supplies. I know when school actully starts I will still have more things to buy for them. It happens every year, even when they give you a list at the end of the year. They always find more things.


This is Mr Sid. He is such a ham. We adopted him from my SIL. She had several cats and Sid was stressing them all out. He loves to play, and chases our Lucky all over the house.


And yes, Mr Lucky is always laying around the house like that. Hes a very sweet cat. We found him a little over a year ago. The kids were doing a car wash for our youth group and saw him running around. He was just a little baby. He was really dirty and looked like he was more of a grey brown color when we first saw him. Now he is a pretty grey and white.

Almost done. Olympics

Well the baby sweater is almost done now. Just have the sleeves to finish up.
I have been getting a lot of crochet done while watching the Olympics. I have been enjoying the swimming with Michael Phelps. He has been doing a wonderful job. I have also been enjoying the Gymnastics. :) The guys and the girls did a great job out there. :) Has anyone else been watching? If you have what is your favorite?

Olympic Medal Counts

More progress

I only have a few more rows to do on the body of the sweater. Then I need to add the arms and a trim to it. The ripples in it are really cute. :) I will be working on the bonnet and booties next. Then I will only have the blanket left to do.

Baby Sweater Progress, and Peaches Pouches

I am still working on the baby sweater. I am almost halfway done with it. I am at the part now where it starts to ripple.

I am also working on some more pouches for Amy. Here is a picture of the ones I finished up the other day.
